The world is a rapidly changing place. Oh I know, it might not look that way as you rush to your window in search for flying cars or at the very least;

Big deal right? Just another gaming magazine that didn't make it, and I'm sure that there will be others sprouting up like the pipe plants in Mario Brothers to replace it. Right?
Wrong.

You see, fifteen years ago, if you wanted codes and tricks and ways to cheat in video games, you had two choices;
A) You'd figure them out and trade them with your friends. (Which is just friggin' creepy if you stop to think about it because we ALL know the Konami code, but can YOU remember where you first heard it? I damn sure can't and I think that I may even have been BORN with it preprogrammed into my skull.
B) You loitered around the grocery store in hopes that someone else had ripped open a copy of Nintendo Power, Power Gamer, or Tips and Tricks so that you could speed read and glean any information before you were caught, or your mother had finished buying groceries.
That was it. There was no magic of the internet. There was no being merely ten seconds away from the answer to ANY question you could think of.

Class Roles - The Unsung Healer

Of the three standard MMO classes, Healing is the only one that gives me little cause for comment. This is for several reasons. First, unlike the DPS or the Tank, there is no real world equivalent to the MMO Healer. The Healer is a work of pure fiction, developed solely from the fantasy genre. Games demand that characters on the point of death have the ability to quickly recover as if they'd never been injured. This can only be explained through magical or supernatural means. The benefit this gives that no one really expects healing to be practical or based on the laws of science. Not even me. Instead, healing is bound by the specific background of the MMO world. This leads to the second benefit.
Because every game world has its own cosmology and cosmogony, healing can very heavily from game to game. Unlike the DPS and Tank which are becoming more and more similar, varieties of Healers abound. In some games, the Healer doesn't even need to exist. Take for example, my own introduction to MMOs, Asheron's Call. That game had a very different focus on classes then most recent MMOs, and one thing it never had was a Healer. Blacksmithing Axesmithing Specialization

A look into the different specialization of Blacksmithing in World of Warcraft of Armorsmith, Axesmith, Hammersmith, and Swordsmith.Basics
Burning Crusade brought the blacksmithing specializations to the game that was not there prior to that expansion. Now you are able to get a mastery in either armor or specialized weapons, with these masteries you get exclusive bind on pickup items. Just keep in mind that once you get a certain specialty in the game you will have to pay 100 gold to unlearn it and take a different one should you change your mind.

With Axesmithing you will get high level and specific axe only patterns throughout the game. You'll need to be at least a character level of 40 and have a blacksmithing skill of at least 200. There are specific trainers that you will have to go to in the game to get the specialization that you want. With Axesmithing you will need to go to Ironus Coldsteel if you are Alliance or Borgosh Corebender if you are Horde to get Weaponsmithing. There is Kilram to go to for Axesmithing sub-specialty.
