About us

ABOUT GAME While Game Creek has covered some of the most important sporting events in the United States, we have also provided mobile facilities for such wide-ranging entertainment and corporate customers as HBO's coverage of the Rolling Stones at Madison Square Garden, CBS's coverage of Celine Dion Live from Las Vegas, The Boston Symphony, Fidelity Investments, and Microsoft. Our fleet, one of the youngest in the remote television industry, is made up of five High Definition Mobile Unit & B-Unit systems - Freedom, Patriot, Yankee Clipper, Intrepid, and FX HD, a multi-truck production system built primarily for FOX Sports. A sixth HD unit, Eagle HD, is being readied for launch in late August of 2007. Game Creek also offers three standard definition digital production units - Southern Cross & B, Olympic, and Discovery - as well as our analog expando, Red. The seven supporting B-Units function not only as transport for equipment and cable but are also available for tape, graphics, and office space. For a limited time of the year, we also have a mobile studio available. The FX HD PRODUCTION SYSTEM is Game Creek's newest and boldest system to date. It consists of five easily-integrated production, support, and studio trailers. With its cutting edge technology and innovative routing and integration, this system has proven itself as the most powerful and versatile mobile production facility in the world. Among other high profile events, FX HD was created to provide facilities for NFL's Super Bowl and NASCAR's Daytona 500. Outfitted with seventeen Sony HDC 1500 cameras, ten EVS XT2s, and Calrec Alpha Bluefin and Sigma audio consoles, FX HD was also chosen by ABC/ESPN to cover the NBA Finals. FREEDOM launched in May of 2005 and has the latest in high definition technology. As does its kindred mobile units - Patriot, Yankee Clipper, and Intrepid - Freedom carries the latest generation high definition cameras, the Sony HDC 1500s. These Sony cameras are the ultimate in picture quality and versatility. Continuing its tradition of leading edge technology, Game Creek was the first mobile vendor in the world to carry the 1500s, which were the first cameras to feature 1080/60p acquisition. Freedom provided facilities for the pre- and post-game coverage of the NBA Finals, as well furnishing ESPN with top-notch facilities for its Thursday Night College Football. PATRIOT and YANKEE CLIPPER debuted in May and June of 2004, respectively. With a well-accepted layout, routable monitor walls, digital surround sound audio, these virtual twins have set a new level of excellence, power, and flexibility in the design of high definition mobile facilities. Patriot has not only provided facilities for the MLB All Star game, ESPN College Football, and the Bowl Championship Series for Fox, but also continues to prove its versatility on the entertainment scene, covering the Red Carpet shows for E! Entertainment as well as live concerts and remote Conan O'Brien broadcasts. Yankee Clipper, living up to its legendary name, not only affords the YES Network a home for their Emmy Award winning regional broadcasts, but also continues into the MLB post-season, having done
